Here
is Columbus, a Turkish Angora male, and we live in Mesquite,
Texas. Columbus was given to me by my daughter's boyfriend. A family
had left him behind in an a apartment complex that his mom lived
in... this was a sad day knowing it was the last time we had seen
Robert, because he was killed in a car crash just about a month
later.
Columbus was scared on the way over my house, but he jumped on my bed
as if to say, "I'm home." We were in love at first site. He
is the most talkative cat I have, and he has his own website too - go
see the wonderful website he has and all his accomplishments in
Household Pet class in TICA, SPCA & AFCA cat shows. He has been
special from day one. Columbus plays fetch with erasers - he must
like the smell of them because he goes into a frenzy! His other toys
that he plays fetch with are some of the things you wouldn't think
cats would be interested... like a crinkled up piece of foil. He is
14th place in the 1999 SC Region HHP and I am proud of him...
