Harley
is such sweet baby! A joy to anyone who likes felines. She was
born two years ago to my cats Kika (domestic black & white) and
Zach (domestic yellow tabby), and is the youngest in a litter of
five. We rescued both her parents when they were still little kittens
roaming the streets of this big city. So I guess Harley and her
brothers are special because if we hadn't decided to keep Zach and
Kika, they wouldn't exist.
Harley is very catlike, in every aspect! She loves to be stroked on
the back, lie in the sun, rub against our legs and "talk"
when we pick her up. She never refuses to play with anything,
especially an orange stuffed fish, tied to a little fishing rod we
got last Christmas (and she's great at catching it!). She lives in a
multiple cat household, and gets along very well with all of them,
but her best friend is her sister Dharma (domestic tortie). I chose
her picture because I think the way her face is parted into two
separate colours, right in the middle, make her an extremely
photogenic cat. Besides she deserves being the cat of the day, simply
because for us, she is special every day!
