Meet
Kito. She is a four year old domestic short hair cat with a lot
of attitude. She makes her home in Lloydminster, Alberta at the
moment. This is one cat that gets around; I have had her since a
kitten and we have moved seven times in those four years!
Kito is a huge grump; she likes to hiss and growl like a dog at
everything and everyone in her path. She seems to do it just for the
fun of it. Both our dogs are scared of her. So what makes this grump
so special, you ask? Well, every night she sleeps on my pillow by my
head and when I am sick she comes to comfort me. Kito is also very
vocal so we carry on great conversations in the bathroom where she
likes to "help" me floss my teeth. She is also a great
camping companion; my husband and I have been on many trips with her
including one summer where we hiked up a mountain in Kananaskis
Country hefting her "Royal Highness" bag of Scoop cat
litter! (She has since humbled herself to using mere dirt.)
