Hi
this is Ambush, she is approximately seven months old. We found
her October 11 sitting in a corn field in rural Ontario (just outside
of Ottawa) waiting for us! I just know she was waiting for us and
some cosmic forces were at work that day because after all how could
I spot a two pound kitten at 70 kmph if it wasn't destiny!
As you can see from this picture Ambush has a real love of food...any
food, if we leave it out (even wrapped) she will find a way to eat
it. This particular day (we had only had her for one week so we were
still learning), she managed to steal two chocolate waffles and a
blueberry bagel! We love her regardless of her mischievousness and
those big ears and big eyes make it real hard to discipline her.
We are not sure what breed she is (so far she has been pretty
tight-lipped about that) but we call her a brown calico. We named her
Ambush because it means to "lie in wait" which as you read
above, is what she was doing. Ambush loves to play, chase her toys,
steal anything that moves, cuddle and purr. She sleeps on the bed
every night and wakes me up in the morning by cuddling with my face
and purring in my ear.
