Bagpuss
is four years old. He is a Ragamuffin, who lives in England. He
is quite a big cat weighing in at a stone. But he is still an active
cat that knows to stay in when its cold and to sunbathe when its hot.
He was born under my bed by a cat we had found and had for six months,
her name was Lady Penelope. She got pregnant and we got the four
kittens, Pebbles, Gizmo, Tiger and Bagpuss. I think it must have
gotten to be too much for her because she ran away about six months
after they were born. Bagpuss is a very good lap cat and likes to
sleep a lot. He usually kips in on the bed at night and is let out at
7:30 am. He loves his food (what cat doesn't?)!
