This
is cat Chester. Unfortunately, he died last November, but I
still think he's worthy of Cat of the Day because he was sooo
beautiful. As you can see from the photo, he was massive - twice the
size of a normal cat! We got him from an animal shelter, where they
thought he would never have a new home due to his age - he was eight
years old then. We had him for about sixteen months, and were
absolutely heartbroken when he died. I still am. He liked nothing
better than to curl up in his chair in the conservatory and snooze
all day. (Other than eating that is!) We still miss him, and I'm sure
we will never find another cat like him.
