I
found Punkin, sickly and thin, at a pet store last summer just a few
weeks after I lost my sister to a battle with cancer. Aside from my love
for orange tabbies, I needed something to love and care for, and this
kitten desperately needed a good, loving home. Taking care of Punkin and
helping him to grow into a strong, healthy cat has helped fill the void
in my heart. Needless to say, he has become a very spoiled member of our
household. He is now strong, healthy, and happy, and weighs almost
twelve pounds!
By the way... "Punkin" seemed to be a babyish name as he grew
into such a big baby boy, so we have tagged "tiger" at the
end. "Punkintiger" fits him perfectly! And he fits into our
family perfectly, too.
