This
is my little silver, spotted Egyptian Mau cat. Her name is Kira and
she is about one and a half years old. Kira lives in Toronto, Canada
with my fiancé David, our other female Siamese (Tasha) and
myself, Catherine.
Kira is the most adorable and athletic cat we have
ever seen. She is able to do back flips in the air as high as four feet!
She runs and plays so energetically and keeps our Siamese cat company
and entertained all day long with games and teasing. After all this
non-stop activity, she is always politely "squeaking" for food
every chance she gets - at the same time as she delicately tip toes
around on the tips of her front feet.
The Egyptian Mau breed has the most delicate, sweet,
squeaky voice instead of a normal "meow." She is small - only
about seven pounds but is such a food hound - and loves her food so much
that often she gets a little distressed when her food dish is anything
less than 100% full!!! She has the most beautiful, gooseberry green,
soulful eyes, sleeps with me every night, and wakes me up so sweetly
with her delicate paws every morning (for food of course!) and I love
her more than anything. She has won the hearts of everyone who has ever
seen her - so I would like to let everyone have the pleasure of meeting
this wonderful, creature Kira - a gift to be treasured.
