Klaus
is a one and a half year old Norwegian Forest Cat. When I was
vacationing in Denmark last year I visited some breeder friends and I
fell in love with Klaus, who was twelve weeks old at the time and about
four pounds. After making various arrangements with the airline and
finding out the regulations of the countries we were flying through,
Klaus came home to Boston, Massachusetts with me on the plane. His
carrier was kept on my lap during the flight and Klaus so enjoyed flying
he even took it upon himself to stick his paw out of the carrier and
help himself to the gentleman in the next seat's dinner! Needless to
say, we were not the most popular people on the flight back to the
States! Klaus is very big and dramatic looking - he is still growing and
is already around seventeen pounds. Klaus's favorite thing is the
bathtub. He has learned how to turn the faucet on and takes a daily
"shower" in the tub-- coming out of the bathroom covered in
water. He loves water so much he has been known to jump in the shower
and the tub with me if he has the opportunity. He really has the most
wonderful personality and is very mellow and loving. He is very much
loved and enjoys being spoiled.
