This
is Isis. She is a new
mom of three kittens. Her original owner couldn't keep her and her
kittens, so she came to live with us and her kittens will be up for
adoption at the Second Chance Sanctuary when they are old enough. Mom
will be spayed as soon as she weans the babies. We think it is very
important to spay and neuter your pets!! Isis has been a wonderful first
time Mother. Now that her babies are six weeks old, she is starting to
want time away from them for little breaks during the day. She joins
three other adult female cats in this household. It is going to be very
difficult to give up the babies, but I know it is best for them and for
us. Multiple cats in one home can be very challenging for all. But the
babies are going to a wonderful sanctuary where adoptive parents are
screened and have to pay a big fee, so you know they are serious about
caring for a pet.
