Bailey
is seven-month-old Domestic Mediumhaired Tortie. What makes
Bailey so special is that she came into my life right after I had to put
my 18-year-old cat to sleep. With her affection and love, Bailey helped
me through a rough time. I still grieved, but Bailey let me know she was
there to love me. Bailey has a lot of characteristics that Midnight had.
Bailey has since then become the most loveable kitty and as my husband
says, she loves me to death. She is special cause she was there telling
me, "Okay, Mommy, when you're grieving I'll be here for you."
She also likes to groom and chase my 17-year-old cat around. Anyone who
comes over she has to check out by jumping on their lap.
Bailey is like a mother to my other cat, Skippy who is 17 and has
Chronic Renal Failure. She grooms his head & ears for him. She likes to
play fetch - well sort of, you throw the ball or her squeaky mouse she
goes for it but doesn't bring it back.. hee hee. A lot of people say
that she looks like she has Maine Coon in her but if she does it would
have to come from grandparents cause her Mom and Dad were shorthaired
and had thin tails.
