This
is Kali (aka The Wompus). She is a little over a year old. She is
a mixed breed found as a kitten by the stockyards here in Louisville.
She spent over three months at a shelter because no one would take her (do
you believe it? She's beautiful!)
She is special because she loves to play. She fetches her toy mice,
and she wrestles my nine-year-old Dachshund/Schnauzer mix, Snickers. The
two roll all over the place growling and playing. They stalk each
other all over the house, and Kali has totally brought out the puppy
in my dog. Snickers had gotten sedentary and was having terrible
separation anxiety when I'd leave until I adopted Kali. Now she's like
she was when she was young - it's great. Kali saved my dog.
