My
best friend's name is Farley and he is seven "people" years
old. He is a domestic long-hair mixed breed, and he is the smartest cat
I and many of my friends have ever seen. If you ask him to bring you a
specific toy by name, he goes and finds that toy (out of about thirty
different toys!). If he is sound asleep and you start saying bird!
bird!, he will wake up and come running to look out the window. Farley
was a gift from my vet's office when I had to put down my previous cat,
Nigel, after a long bout with diabetes. Farley is the best gift anyone
has ever given me and he makes my day every day!
