My
name is Boo-Bo, named after the owl from the movie "Clash of
the Titans". As a kitten I lived behind a big apartment building
in North Bergen, New Jersey. One day the superintendent set a trap to
catch me and all of my siblings. He didn't like cats and wanted to
ship us off to the pound. Well, one day he caught me, I was terribly
frightened as he carried me from the back of the building towards his
car. A kind lady came up to him and said "Where are you going
with that kitten?" He said, "To the pound." She said
"Oh no you don't, I'll take the little kitten," and
proceeded to open the cage door and encouraged me out of the cage,
onto the back seat of her car. She drove me to her home and helped me
to get rid of my fleas and eye and upper respiratory infection.
I love my new home, I have a brother Alfie (Rat Terrier) and a sister
Julie (Egyptian Mau). I get lots of love and affection, I especially
like to follow my mommy around the house and sleep at the foot of her
bed every night. I cry for her to pick me up all the time so I can
lick her nose and stroke her face with my paws. When the weather is
warm enough she lets me out in the back yard to run around chase the
bugs, eat the grass and hide in the bushes. How lucky I am that she
found me, there is somebody up there watching.
