Our
little girl, Midnight, brings so much joy into our lives each day.
She came to us as a stray shortly before Halloween in 1997. How
befitting for a majestic, black cat such as she! We automatically fell
in love with Midnight and adopted her immediately. Midnight has a silky,
long-haired fur coat with a bushy tail and she has a downy undercoat
which keeps her warm in winter. She has a very quiet and lady-like meow
and her best method of communication is her purr. It is the most unique
cat purr I've ever heard, as she makes a sort of "percolating"
sound. Midnight loves to play with her indoor cat toys, climb her
carpeted cat tree, and sometimes she chases squirrels up the tall trees
in our back yard. Midnight loves our company. She has a place at our
dinner table every night and she begs for morsels from our plate. She
usually sleeps beside our bed at night, too. Midnight is a great pal and
pet!
