is a pound kitty! I saw her photo online and fell in love. She was
at the animal shelter in Washington, D.C. When I went to see her and put
in an application to adopt her, the shelter workers said if I had been
there one day late, they would have had to put her down. No one came to
see her at all. We are both glad we found each other! She is about three
years old. April loves to run around the house, jump on furniture and
cause havoc. That's why I love her, never a dull moment. At night she
gets in bed with me and purrs and cuddles. Now April lives in Maryland
in the suburbs, she left her city life behind for a new, bright future.
