This
is Mushroom. She is a calico cat and turned two years old on June
1st. She lives in an apartment on the side of a hill in the Hollywood
Hills in Los Angeles California. She loves to run around outside and
play with the other cats in the apartment building. She is friendly
but hates being picked up. She sleeps with her Mum on her bed (almost)
every night and curls up on her back each morning for her tummy rub
which is not allowed any other time of the day. She gets stuck in
trees and has to be saved by her Mum with a plank of wood going across
to the tree from her balcony to get her down. This has happened about
three times so far. Mushroom is slightly crossed eyed with one black
foot. Her colorings are unusual which makes her special. She enjoys
taking the sponge that her mother uses to wash the dishes and putting
it on the bed for her when she gets home. Sometimes she will even
shred it. She purrs like crazy when you pat her and she sometimes acts
like she doesn't like her Mum, but she does underneath. She was taken
from a shelter when she was five months old when they were about to
give her the big sleep so she really does love her Mum.
