This
is Chakita, she is ten months old. Chakita is a Cornish Rex cat.
We live in New Orleans, Louisiana. Chakita read the book on how a
Cornish Rex should act. She is a very active, playful kitten. She
loves playing tag with our other Cornish Rex, and our mixed breed
puppy. She likes to ride on our shoulders and sleeps curled up in our
80- pound Golden Retriever in the winter. Cornish Rex have a curly
coat which is much thinner than most cats, so they need to be indoor
cats. Chakita has a large vocabulary and talks quite often. Her meow
sounds are many. She has one very aggravating habit - she either
shreds the toilet paper in all the bathrooms, or drags it around to
toilet paper the house. A home with a Cornish Rex is a busy home.
