Wallis
is a ginger tom of mixed English heritage. He's eight years old,
weighs 7 kg (15 pounds) and came to live with us after being
abandoned by his previous people when they moved home. He lives in the
south of England in the county of West Sussex, and enjoys being boss of
the neighborhood. I work from home where he is a constant companion,
spending most of his day asleep on my desk. His favorite foods are
rabbit and fresh fish.
Wallis can sometimes be a bit naughty. I have an old Inkjet printer
which I still occasionally use for printing draft material. As soon as
he hears the printer start its print cycle he leaps up and tries to
catch the printer head as it whizzes backwards and forwards inside the
machine. Nothing pleases him more than to disrupt a print run on my
trusty old Inkjet.
