Tyke
is six years old, I'm not sure of his breed, but he has stripes in
the front, circles in the middle, spots on his back legs, and a
striped tail. He's a large cat that likes to stretch out to grab door
knobs when he wants to go outside. He's 16 lbs of pure energy. He
doesn't like being petted, but he does like sitting on the armrest of
the rocking chair. He will always come to you, wherever he is, in the
house, by simply whistling one, short, high pitched whistle. He's
stubborn though, if he's up on the computer desk, and I point to the
floor, he gives a whiny meow, 'cause he knows not to be there. If I
keep pointing to the floor, he reluctantly obeys by giving me a grumpy
look then jumping down. I know many people that say they've never seen
such good communication between humans and cats, such as mine. Tyke
and Guido (my other cat) get a lot of attention, though Guido is a
passive Bobtail, Tyke is the playful one who will wear you out. He
plays rough, if you pretend that your hand is a mouse, but you can
always end the game by sitting back and whistling. He will perch up on
your chest and act domesticated once again. I present to you... Tyke.
