Hi,
my name is Scruffy and I'm from New York. When I came into my
mommy's life, I was in a pet shop window, a very dirty one but who was
I to complain? Free room and board, little did I know the pet shop was
actually making me very sick. So when I saw my mom, I wouldn't let go
of her, and I purred until she brought me home. It was then time to
choose a name for me. Since I was very dirty and scruffed up, my mom
decided to call me Scruffy, even though the name today does not
fit me. I am clean and 100% healthy. (I survived worms, and an upper
respiratory infection thanks to mom). Within two years of my life, I
went from rags to riches. Pretty impressive for a cat, eh?
