This
is my cat, Cha-Chi. He is a special boy who came to us from the
Nike Society Animal Rescue. He became homeless when his previous
keepers moved away and had to leave him behind. He has become some
kind of miracle cat to us. A calm has descended over all of us and we
just have to stare at him in wonder for all the special(at least we
think they're special)things that he does. He does sound effects. When
we program the microwave, it makes little beeps when we push the
buttons - he answers with the same beeps. When we're watching tv and a
commercial comes on with beeps - there he goes again. Of course he can
do the sounds the birds out in the yard make. Sometimes I think the
birds are in the house! He makes unique sounds according to what he
wants. For milk, he lets out a stretched out meow that sounds like
miiiilk! When he wants to go outside he says "ousiiiide."
Anyway, he is a character of the best kind who brings joy to us every
day. Just look at him!!
