Buttercup
and Violet (black one) both came to us as strays. Buttercup
was found on a bus that was waiting to be repaired at my husband's
job. We got her at three weeks of age. It's a lot of work when they
are that young but she has thrived since then. She was biting a lot
because she didn't have her siblings (kitten play can be rough!). We
tried to discourage her but because she has so much energy, it didn't
work. We were advised to get her a little playmate and while that
wasn't necessarily an option, I came across a little black kitten who
needed a home and that's how Violet came to be with us. They are not
related but are the same age, within a few days to one week. They are
the thick as thieves and lots of fun. I just can't resist two little
bodies curled together sleeping soundly - I just have to hug and
squeeze them!
