Iris
is a super cuddle bug of a cat! She loves attention and is an
excellent lap cat. She was born in our home May 12, 2001. From a
pregnant cat we were fostering for our local shelter. We kept Iris and
her sister Fern. The two are best sister pals. Iris is a real sweet
heart and will gladly groom Fern. I know Fern must have the cleanest cat
ears ever :) Iris prefers to drink from the running bathroom faucets.
And will meow until we turn one on for her. Iris is fascinated by the
TV. Not just a fluke thing, she is a regular watcher and often attempts
to get something or someone on the big screen. She has personality plus,
and is irresistible. Iris has the most incredible plume of a tail. It
just slowly emerged into a gorgeous fluffy tail! Which she carries very
high and proud at all times.

in raising kittens from birth should contact their local shelter. They
are always looking for foster homes for momma and babies. At 8-12 weeks
the litter goes up for adoption. Something to think about, as I've found
people don't realize fostering kittens is even an option!
