Zorro
has for along time been trying to make me nominate him for Cat of
the day, especially since his best friend
Dennis
got to be Dog of the Day. Finally I have gotten around to writing you. I
am sure that Zorro will be pleased now.
Zorro is named after the movie Zorro and received the name Antonio when
we found out that Antonio Banderas would play the new Zorro. We named
Zorro Zorro because of the way he looks, with his mask across the eyes
and the cape across his back. Though our Zorro is somehow fatter than
his fictional counterpart.
When Zorro arrived at our house just about two years ago, our dog Dennis
has just celebrated his 1st birthday. At first he did not like his
birthday present. Dennis was afraid to enter the living room where Zorro
(then just a small kitten) played. From that day of Zorro has been in
control. He is surely the master of the household. Zorro and Dennis have
never fought. They love sleeping together and once in a while they help
each other with the daily cleaning. Zorro is for sure the coolest cat
around.
