This
is Sage. She is an Ebony Oriental Short hair cat that we
adopted from Meezer Pleasers Siamese Cat Rescue, Inc. in PA. I
found Sage through Petfinder.com.
Sage had come from an abusive home where she suffered extensive
injuries. She was in the custody of the ASPCA prior to being
rescued by Meezer Pleasers.I was astonished to hear that this
little girl, after all that she had been through, loved to be
held and petted.
My husband and I drove four hours from CT to PA to adopt Sage.
Meezer Pleasers drove the other two hours to meet us.
Sage is a very affectionate cat. She loves to sit on laps and
sleeps under the covers with us. She is very curious and loves to
explore everything. Her favorite toy is the plastic cap off the
top of a Poland Spring water bottle. She hides them everywhere
and will "fetch" them. When I go to bed I sometimes find them
(and other things she can carry) hidden under the covers.
I believe Sage is a very special cat and we are so lucky to have
found her.
