Harley
is my precious little boy. When I was thinking of a name for him
I was talking to a friend and said his motor is really loud so she
suggested naming him Harley. I also thought he looked like he was
wearing a leather jacket so his full name is Harley Fonzirelli. He also
reminds me of Batman since he has a black mask over his face and a black
cape down his back. Sometimes he stretches his back legs and then lays
down so he looks like a rabbit with his legs sticking straight out
behind him.
Harley has the softest fur I have every felt and loves to be scratched
on his back. When Harley was a kitten, he loved to curl up on my chest
under my chin and sleep. My heartbeat probably reminded him of his
mother and he felt safe and secure. He still loves to do that, but now
he stretches from my chin to my stomach. And he has me very well
trained. When he wants to lay on my chest, he simply sits by the couch
and puts his paw up and meows. That's my cue to lay down so he can curl
up on me and go to sleep.
I can't imagine life without my little Harley boy. He greets me at the
door every day when I get home from work and he's ready to play. His
favorite toy is a feather on a stick and he leaps and does flips trying
to get that feather. He also knows that when I get ready for bed he will
be getting his treats so he runs to the bed and waits patiently for me
to get his treats for him. My little Harley boy is a great companion and
he makes me feel safe and secure.
