Kato
is an Egyptian Mau who is six months old who specializes in opening
cabinets and feeding himself. He also loves taking baths and showers.
Kato has a new love. He saw his first Christmas Tree in December and
when I woke up that morning there were about 20 ornaments waiting for me
by my door.
He is very playful and always keeps me laughing. He is very intelligent
and he uses his smarts to open the cabinets during the night and feed
himself and his playmate Pele. When he is not chasing our five-year-old
orange tabby around, he is usually playing with one of my friends, or
begging for ice (his true favorite). They think he is a dog. He will
play fetch all day. And he loves showing off his leaping skills.
He loves to hide his toys. I found his stash the other day, I think he
had eight balls tucked away. Kato is an indoor cat who loves to peek out at
the birds. He is an indoor cat who loves to go for walks on his leash.
And when the day is done, Kato becomes a lounging lap cat who loves to
snuggle under the covers.
