We
rescued Anders Buttercup Brown three years ago from a house of college
girls and a steady diet of left over Chinese food. From the first time
he chewed on my foot (one of his past-times), I knew I was in love.
Anders has quite a few phobias (fear of vacuums, stairs, dogs, vets,
certain visitors, the list goes on...) and could probably benefit from
some therapy. He rarely meows, but will grunt instead. Despite his
quirks, he is one of the most loving and loyal cats I've ever known.
He loves to snuggle, and comes up to tap us if we forget to pet
him. He loves our other cat, Spumoni, and will regularly wash the top
of her head for her. He enjoys sleeping (a lot!), wrestling, and
playing with his favorite toys: pom-poms. As you can see in the
picture, he loves his pom-poms so much, he will sit with them in his
mouth for hours! We love Anders! He brings us a lot of joy, and we
wouldn't want to be without him!
