I
think Goldie is special because she's such a great cat and I love her
very much! Our dog Minty, a Bichon Frise, is always picking up on cat
things that Goldie does like when she washes herself, Minty copies her.
Also when Minty, our dog is sleeping on his chair Goldie will come along
and push him off! At our pet door at the back of our house Goldie will
guard the entrance so the dog can't come in or out! Whether it's
midnight or 2:00 in the morning Goldie sometimes meows at my bedroom
window upstairs wanting to come in, she will not stop meowing until she
is let in which can be quite annoying! If there is food on our kitchen
bench Goldie will jump up on the bench and eat it. Goldie loves cuddling
up to people and if you are sleeping she will push you over and take the
largest space of the bed!! She's quite a large, bossy cat who thinks
she's the boss of the neighborhood over cats and dogs. One day when our
neighbors were having some building done and the builders dog, a large
German Shepherd, wandered up to our gate and Goldie scared the German
Shepherd right down the street! That's why I think Goldie is so special!
