This
is Kerfuffle, aka The Fuff, Mr. Fuffleupagus, Scruffleous
Kerfuffleous, Fuffy or Fuffy the Empire Slayer (when he attacks the
local newspaper). Without a doubt, Fuff lives up to his name and
beyond. He has not one mean bone in his body, and is so affectionate,
it is difficult to stay frustrated with his constant need to cause a
commotion. Every paper item that goes in the garbage must be retrieved
for his inspection. He knows the location of every bit of paper garbage
in the house, and don't try to sneak something into the trash on him. He
will dig forever to find it. His latest project involves chewing and
molding a shipping box to perfection. He's got it just about perfect,
with the top crushed in partway to create the optimum recline angle. He
sleeps nowhere else these days, and if you move it, he sleeps wherever
it goes. We tried to toss it out--what a mistake--he sat in the thing
to protect it. Fuffy has a wonderful relationship with his big sister
Polka.
They race and play and snuggle as best friends. Although he is exasperating
at times, we will never tire of his gentle ways and his myriad of chirps,
chortles, brash meows and pleasant deep purring sighs.
