Hercules
is a very special cat to our family. She came to us four years
ago on a cold winter night. She was very cold,hungry, and very thin. She
made our doorstep her home. For the first couple days we put a box outside
to protect her from the snow and cold weather. It wasn't long before I
convinced my dad to allow her into our back yard to see how she would
react with our golden retriever, Heidi. They became best friends
immediately. Hercules curled up to keep warm in Heidi's long fur. They
sleep together every night in Heidi's igloo.
Hercules is so mild tempered that you can do anything to her. She is
always purring and is never angry with us. She also gets along very well
with my hedgehog,
Sonic.
Hercules lets Sonic walk all over her, and she doesn't mind at all. That
is Sonic, sleeping snuggles right up with Hercules, in the smaller picture.
