Meet
Jacob. He is a tabby who was adopted along with three other kitties
on the same day. While we were filling out adoption paperwork at the
shelter, we discovered that the other tabby in our new adopted family is
his sister, both left at the pound by the same owner. We hadn't planned
it, but we were happy to keep them together. Jacob is the undercover
snuggler of the bunch. He sleeps all night with me and then all day with
my other half who works nights. He likes to knead, especially necks. I
have finally found a way to put his front paws under my neck so he can
knead the pillow instead! Since one of our new family members was
declawed, we can't let them go in and out of the house at will, but with
a huge fenced back yard we get supervised outdoor playtime. This photo
was taken during one of those outings.
