Maggie
May is a beautiful calico cat who was adopted at age four from the
local Humane Society. She is chatty, gregarious and has never met a
stranger. When I was looking to add to my kitty family, I went to the
humane society in search of a calico kitten. Seeing no kittens, I looked
briefly at the adults. There she was! I went into the room to meet her
and upon sitting down on the floor near her, she leaped onto my chest
and began her constant purring and chattering. She tells me every night
when it's time for "treats". She in fact, rounds up the other cats and
makes sure they know it's time for treats too. She never fails to rally
the troops! Adopting an adult cat is wonderful, they make the best
pets!!!!! Maggie lives with four adopted sisters and two adopted
brothers and me. I'm just staff!
