This
is a picture of "The Devine Miss Em" of Ayla's Ragdolls in Ontario
Canada. She is a gorgeous Blue Mitted Ragdoll. I have been breeding
Ragdolls for over two years now and was desperately hoping for a blue
mitted girl. Well I got one and while working one night my husband
promised it to his sister over the phone. I reluctantly gave it up and
hoped that perhaps I would get another some day. When the mother of the
first gave birth again I eagerly checked the babies. Five in the litter,
one girl. Ragdolls are born all cream colored and don't get their points
for a number of weeks so its always a surprise. About 3 weeks of age I
saw she was a blue point and by 8 weeks it was apparent she also had
perfect mitts. The first one my husband gave to his sister was mitted
but they were mismatched mitts. This little girl was perfect. I was so
happy, the old saying give and you get back ten fold is so true. She
seems to know she is my little princess as you can tell by the look on
her face. In a household of 6 cats she is definitely going to be a
leader as already she has the others eating out of her paw. They all
seem to know she needs help to keep that coat clean and each takes turns
grooming her. She doesn't like to get her face dirty so takes the hard
cat food out of the dish with her paw, one piece at a time and eats it.
The Divine Miss Em can melt the hardest heart and even turned a few of
my cat "tolerating" friends into cat lovers like me.
