Oliver
is the most affectionate and yet the orneriest cat I have ever seen.
He will go limp as soon as anyone picks him up and will purr for hours.
It doesn't even matter if he wanted loving or not. When he really wants
pet, he will just jump into whoever's lap is free and start purring.
However, he is also extremely ornery. His favorite game is to try to
get the water (or any other liquid for that matter) out of the bottom of
a glass. I can't even count how many times he has spilled them. It's
quite cute to see him try to stick his head as far down as he can get.
No one's glass is safe! Oliver also has no fear. He thinks he is an
outside cat (even though he isn't!) and will walk outside any chance he
gets. He doesn't run off at all ... he just wanders around slowly
exploring everything. I haven't seen a dog who bothered him yet.
