Sebastian
was just six weeks old when he joined our family. You see,
Sebastian was a beaten and abused kitten, we "rescued" from a locked
house. The people had broken his tail in three places, he was starved,
flea infested, mites, and had diarrhea. And he weighed only 1 pound. The
people left the state leaving him and another cat locked in the house to
fend for themselves. Well my daughter got wind of this and begged me to do
something. So we did, we got into the house and saved him. The other kitty
ran out before we could get him, or we would have taken him too.
We took him to the vet the next day, and since then he has been the King
of the house. He had to be taught that he didn't need to eat "everything"
in site. That he would always have plenty of cat chow. We had to bathe him
to get rid of the fleas. We had the mites flushed. And the tail... well
there was not a whole lot the vets could do about that. So he has a very
unique tail!!!! Sebastian is just the sweetest guy. And he loves people!
When people stop over he runs right too them and nudges and hits them till
they pet him. We are just as lucky to have him as he is that we found
him!!!! We ever so grateful to be "owned" by such a beautiful, sweet, fun
loving cat!!!!! He is definitely a lover not a fighter!!
