Hi,
my name is Igor. My dad found me at the lonely cat home when I was
six months old. He must have looked at every other cat there before he
saw me. When I showed him my powerful motor that must have worked. The
next day he came back and took me home with him. My favorite things to
play with are my wild turkey feather and those rings that Mom tears off
the milk jugs. When it's warm outside I like to go out on the deck. I
can see lots of moving things out there and sometimes I even see other
cats. One time I caught a bird out there. I was proud and took it in
the house to show my Dad. He got mad and made me put it back. The next
time I caught a bird I let it go in the living room so my older brother
and I could practice catching it. I think that was the most fun I ever
had! I wish that bird hadn't found the door so soon. I have lots of
jobs to do. I always make sure Dad doesn't forget to wake up and feed
us. A couple taps on the ear is usually good enough. Sometimes I have
to catch bugs and get rid of them. Other times I have to remind my
older brother that he isn't the boss, if I can catch him. Right now
it's time for my favorite job - time to take a nap.
