I'm
Digit, a tabby cat who lives in San Diego with my birth mom Sammy,
brother-Romeo and three humans Melanee, Michael and Sarah who is just three
years old (I tend to stay away from her! three is a dangerous age for
humans.). My human mom Melanee is submitting this for me because my
typing tends to be illegible because I am a polydactyl.
Digit is just one of the four polydactyl cats from a litter of five,
born with six toes on his front paws and five on the back. He wants attention
from you only on his terms and he will let you know with plenty of
"mews". He follows Sam, his cat mom, around a lot which she really
hates. He cuddles and naps sometimes with his brother Romeo. He lets his
human mom dance around with him in her arms, usually to some Frank
Sinatra, we aren't really sure if he likes it or not, but he must not
object too much, because he tolerates it with good humor. He's pretty special!
