About Us
Max, the Cat of the Day
Name: Max
Age: Three and a half months old
Gender: Male
Kind: Seal Point Siamese
Home: St Catherines, Ontario, Canada

As you can see here Max is a beautiful boy. He picked my husband out... not the other way around! Max was hiding when we arrived to see the kittens that day. We had almost decided on one of the pretty girls, when he decided to come out of hiding. He ran right up to Gus and then jumped at him as if inviting him to play. He stared up at Gus with a look of pure mischief and then bolted again. As he tore back into hiding, Gus said "that's the one!" and we brought him home with us. What a wonderful choice we made too. He brings us so much love it's impossible not to love him like crazy in return!!

Max has never been anything but loved - in fact he's spoiled rotten. He loves our older cat Amber like a Mom, and is very very very smart! He knows how to open the treat can all by himself, he plays hide and seek, and loves to play tag. He will chase me all over the house and then turn and run so that I will chase him. He loves tuna and adores Manwiches (kind of a sloppy joe) he goes crazy whenever I make them. Max is very well behaved and loves people, he has his own special person though - Gus. He sleeps with us in bed at night and loves to attack your toes if you wiggle them in your sleep, which can be a rude awakening. He's playful and loves to purr at the slightest pat of your hand. He also has a loud penetrating wail, just like all his ancestors before him. And he's very determined, he won't give up on something unless he solves it. He attacks the race cars on tv, and anything else that catches his attention, and loves to jump in and out of the window all day. As long as the window is open a crack he insists on sitting there, nose pressed against the screen, sniffing away like crazy.

Gus and I think he's the most wonderful, beautiful, loving cat and we love him like we would a child. Don't you think he's beautiful too?
