Buddy's
Mom was a feral cat. He and his sister were rescued by AZ Cats
during the summer of 2000 and we adopted him as a kitten. He started out
as a short haired tabby cat. However, at six months, he started growing
fur like a "Chia Pet" and we eventually confirmed that he is a Maine
Coon. Buddy has all of the Maine Coon traits. He loves to walk on
a leash, loves water (taking a bath in the tub) and he will
follow you around the house like your shadow. We call him our "little
catopractor" because he likes to walk on your back and give you a
massage with his four paws. Yes, Buddy is a definitely a character. Most
recently, he has a little girlfriend who stops by at night. They share
some "cat chat" (meowing back and forth) and she disappears into the
night. Our only regret is that we did not adopt his sister along with Buddy.
