Skittles
is a very special cat. Not only is she unique in her
appearance, she has one yellow eye, one blue eye and no tail, she has
a unique personality as well. Skittles was rescued after living at an
animal hospital for two months. She was deemed "unadoptable" and was
close to being euthanized. By chance, I saw her in one of the cages and
went over to see her. I opened the cage and she jumped out on my
shoulder. From that day on we have been inseparable.
Skittles loves to drink water from bathtub faucet. She tries to drink
out of her bowl, but usually gets the water up her nose and begins to
sneeze. Skittles will not let me out of her sight. She follows me
around the house everywhere, she is like a little shadow. She is a very
loyal cat and only warms up to the family. Never a stranger. She loves
to try to play with her three older sisters, who sometimes don't care for
her spunky manner. She also adores our dog Casey. Every time she see's
him, she will meow and rub up against his legs. She is a wonderful cat
who has brought so much joy to our house.
