Minki
is a Domestic Shorthair with an attitude. Minki was found by a
neighbor on a very cold November day in Winnipeg. She has, from the
start, let our family know who is boss. Minki has been known to chase
dogs, including a few German Shepherds, out of "her" yard and "her"
neighborhood. No cat is safe from her either, of which she has had many
a fight with. She believes she is Boss, and the only boss, around our
neighborhood. She even jumped on a Police Constable at one time (no harm
done, just curious).
Our house is exclusively her house, and so was several neighborhood
houses and garages. Minki has us catering to our every whim - she loves
"Fancy Feast" cat food and raw fish, especially pickerel cheeks (a
little gourmet eater with expensive tastes). She loves to sleep at lot
more - and she has lots of locations throughout the house, each
allocated to specific times throughout the day. What a life - eat,
sleep, boss others around, no work, eat, sleep, etc., etc.! No worries!
