This
is Rachel. She loves being photographed and will hold a pose until you
get the camera. She's a little lady, opposite of her sister and
littermate, Phoebe. She sleeps under the covers; loves being cuddled
(on her time), rides comfortably in the car to go to our cottage where
she has her own "fishing pole," answers whenever spoken to, and adores
her littermate sister, Phoebe.
Rachel's biggest claim to fame is her ability to turn on lights. From the
time she was a kitten, she would do a vertical jump in the door jam
area. We never figured out why. Now you can be sound asleep and the
hallway light comes on, which is a little unnerving. It's nothing to come
downstairs in the morning to find a number of our overhead lights on.
Now if we could only get her to turn them off!
