The
thing that makes my pet Chances special is when he looks into my
eyes there are sparkles. He was a stray until I took him in. I have two
cats and one day I looked out of the window and I saw this gray kitten
following my cat. My cat would jump up on the pole and then the grey cat
would jump up on the pole. My cat would get terribly angry. It must have
been very annoying to him to suddenly have this other cat following him!
It was a long process before Chances became my cat, and was accepted as
a member of the family.
I have a neighbor who absolutely hates cats and so she set a trap in
her back yard. Chance got stuck in the trap once and I did not know. The
next day I couldn't find him so I went to the Pound and there he was, he
had a huge bald spot on his head, his fur grew back after sometime. He
is all better now, thank goodness. My baby has been through a lot, but
is still handsome and a good cat, so that is why he is special to me.
