Homeless,
"Cosmosis" kept hanging around my front porch trying to rush
in the door. He was tiny, scraggly and dirty, but I fed him on the front
porch. One day I picked him up and held him, noticing a large abcess on his
chest which I tried to treat. Later I discovered a large tumor in
his mouth and decided to take him to the vet. At that time I was calling
him Priscilla because he seemed so feminine with the long fluffy fur and
pom-pom tail. The vet informed me Priscilla was a male, so I had him
neutered too. He also told me someone had cut this poor kitten's tail
off. I decided I'd add him to my family of four other cats.
He is now happy, affectionate, healthy and just an absolute joy. And the
best part is my other cats adore him!! There was never any question that
they accepted him into the household. This was nearly miraculous. How'd
I get so lucky?
