Paws
is from a litter of orphaned kittens that my husband and I raised.
We kept Paws because when he was a tiny kitten he always followed my
husband around, so we knew he had chosen us as his forever home.
Paws, or Paw Paws as we often call him, likes to wag his tail like a dog
when you speak to him. We think he picked this up from our border
collie, who helped us raise the litter. Paws was also a playmate for
our new puppy Katie when we first got her. She needed someone to
wrestle and play with and he was more than happy to help us out. This
year (2005) Paws was selected to be in the 365 Cats Page a Day desk
calendar. We are very proud of our little guy. Not just for being
photogenic, but for being a survivor, and just a great cat.
