This
is Beggar. He got his name because when he first arrived, anything
he perceived as potential food, he would immediately begin voicing his
interest in. As time passed, he outgrew that habit and now only talks to
me on three different occasions:
1) When he wants out
2) When his dish is empty
3) When he wants attention
The rest of his time is spent in trying to find new and unusual places
for his very frequent catnaps. He also loves to sleep next to me with
his head draped over the edge of the bed, which looks pretty
uncomfortable to us, and has prompted a few tumbles now and then! All in
all, Beggar is a very nice friend indeed.
