I
got Patches from a friend's house in my neighborhood when she was eleven
weeks old. What I first noticed about Patches was her adorable face and
pretty colors, and how well she played with her siblings in her litter.
She looked right at me and seemed to say "I love you. Take me home."
Patches is so simple to play with - no expensive toys needed. Just get
her a foil ball, a candy wrapper, or a sock filled with catnip and she's
all set. She loves to sleep on big blankets that are folded up on the
floor, so she can bury herself in them and make a tent for herself.
Whenever she's done doing her thing in the litter box, she darts out of
the room and runs far away as if she can't handle her own smell. It is
too funny! When Patches gets in her cuddly mood, she will plop right down
behind me when I sit on the floor and sprawl out on her back real close
to me. She is one of a kind, and I love her very much.
