Peppito, the Cat of the Day
Name: Peppito
Age: Six years old
Gender: Male
Kind: Tabby
Home: France

Hi there! I am Peppito, 7 kg. I am quite tall (my humans used to say I am almost a tiger) but I am also a bit fat. I like to eat all kinds of food, normal cat food such as olives and cookies but also more unusual food like salad or melon. But a few years ago my human parents put me on diet cat food to stabilize my weight, for my health they say! It does not work so well because I eat a lot!

When I was three months old I left my mother and sisters to adopt my parents. Since that time, I never leave them. I like to follow them in the house and keep an eye on them but I never jump on their lap (tigers don't do that). My favorite game is hiding behind a table and chasing my parents when they do not expect it. I am able to pack myself in very small boxes and bags and I try them all! As soon as I see a bath (wherever it is) I sit inside and ask for fresh water to the tap. The taste is much better than in my bowl. I am very skilled with computers. By pressing different combinations of keys (I also have big feet) I can do tricky things. I often talk and explain to my parents what is crossing my mind. I have a rich vocabulary. My voice is as loud as I am big, even louder at 5:00 am when I ask for food. If I see no reaction, I gently bite a foot or an ear, it works immediately.

My humans threaten me to bring me a sister because they say I am spoiled (yeah, I am so cute!) and many cats are hungry and looking for a good family. I don't care because I had a girlfriend who came to my home twice a day for two months. My parents gave her food and first I was jealous but I liked her very much too. One day she did not come and she never reappeared since. We still hope. And every day I enjoy looking at the cat, dog and pet of the day. I have a preference for the gorgeous cat girls but they all make me feel happy.
